Historically, Orland Park’s pizza scene draws from Chicago’s deep-dish legacy, New York’s thin-crust traditions, and Italian-American family recipes—which have all shaped this suburb’s culinary identity. And since a drive from downtown Chicago to Orland Park takes about as long as a trip to many city neighborhoods, it makes sense that there’s exceptional pizza here, too. These are 10 of our favorites—get ready for some serious slices.
Pizza Pete- Orland Park
$$ | (708) 349-6660 | WEBSITE

Grabbing a pizza from this Orland Park takeout spot should be at the top of your list, right after catching the Metra home. Pete’s sausage pizza, well done, uses quality ingredients to take the pie to a new level, and the Bosco sticks look like something from a childhood birthday party. Check out their coupon board, which includes 40% off thin crusts on Mondays, along with hot wings to round out the meal.
Giordano’s
$ | (708) 349-7500 | WEBSITE

The chicken sausage and hot peppers pan pizza at Giordano’s is the most iconic Chicago-style pie in town. Loaded with savory sausage, spicy peppers, and gooey cheese, it’s a feat of baking that somehow makes a deep-dish pizza oddly satisfying. Same goes for the sweet-smoky BBQ wings. But there are good options for meat-avoiders too, like classic cheese pizzas topped with fresh vegetables, or virtually everything imaginable that involves their signature buttery crust.
Beggars Pizza – Orland Park
$ | (708) 364-1500 | WEBSITE

Since pizza is such a beautiful invention, we’re skeptical when restaurants try to turn non-pizza foods into pizza. But one of the best incarnations of thin-crust pies goes to Beggars Pizza’s crispy extra thin crust with Nancy’s toppings. Now that that’s out of the way, we also stop by this Orland Park pizza spot for the superb thin crust pizza (which we prefer over their regular crust).
Whether you order yours topped with classic pepperoni or as a Rosati’s special, for delivery or for events with TVs showing games, you’re in good hands here.
Joey’s Pizza, Pasta & Gelato
$ | (708) 478-6200 | WEBSITE

Joey’s Pizza, Pasta & Gelato, like a perfectly stretched dough or a classic Italian film, is an absolute delight. That’s because this Orland Park staple serves incredible comfort food, including what they call “to die for” chicken limone pasta, their new favorite sausage pizza, and delicious cheese pizza. Not to mention the very satisfying fries.
We love sitting inside the joyful atmosphere without a care in the world (and with generous portions chased by reasonably priced gelato in our stomachs).
Italian Villa Pizza
$$ | (708) 403-3335 | WEBSITE

This pizza joint has two claims to fame—one is the thin tavern-style crust that’s crisp and sturdy, and the other is the flavorful sauce that ties everything together. And it’s some seriously satisfying pizza, with plenty of punch from the generous sausage and onion toppings or the fresh veggie medley. The cheese is always melty, and there’s tons of texture coming from the crisp-edged crust, savory sausage crumbles, and sweet caramelized onions.
If you’re craving a hot, made-to-order pie and feel obligated to skip the pasta and sandwiches in favor of focusing on that perfect tavern-style slice, this is Orland Park’s best pick-up-and-enjoy pizza.
Pizza Hut
$ | (708) 532-0868 | WEBSITE

Our go-to pizza is about a dozen miles southwest of Downtown Chicago. This classic spot is located in a shopping plaza just outside Orland Park, and their menu of fresh and hot pies has us giving up on making dinner at home ever again. From vegetable-topped pizzas to pepperoni slices baked to perfection and showered with flecks of oregano, the flavors here are always on-point, especially when they start to seep through each layer of melted cheese underneath.
Round out your meal with a crisp side salad and a pile of breadsticks that come with garlic butter to catch every bit of flavor.
Fox’s Pizza & Irish Pub Orland Park
$ | (708) 349-2111 | WEBSITE

This restaurant may be tucked into a suburban strip in Orland Park, but with half-priced takeout on Tuesdays, a family-friendly vibe that’s genuinely welcoming, and staff who greet regulars by name and remember your usual order, it’s got that classic neighborhood feel. Fox’s is a great place to share a pitcher while splitting their signature pizzas and other comfort classics.
We especially love the Fox’s special, which has that perfect thin crust that crisps up just right and generous slices of fennel sausage. Order it with a cold beer from the friendly bartenders and let the week’s worries fade away in that old supper club atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
Anthony’s Pizzeria
$ | (708) 226-0530 | WEBSITE

For solid pizza in Orland Park proper, head to this local pizzeria. Anthony’s Pizzeria’s offerings range from classic cheese pies to hearty sandwiches, with occasional fun specials like pepperoni or sausage. The sandwiches involve fresh ingredients, and the pizza comes with a thick crust. Grab a slice and eat inside to watch the kitchen staff at work. Or, order a whole pie for a family dinner night.

Pizza Boys LLC

We’ve had many conversations with friends, family, and complete strangers about why thin-crust pizza is one of life’s great creations—it’s crisp, flavorful, and the perfect shareable meal. The pies from Pizza Boys LLC stand out because of their perfect crust-to-topping ratio.
