13 Best Pizza Restaurants in Quebec City, QC [2026 Updated]

Old Quebec City and new Quebec City are rubbing up against each other these days. The city has never been more saturated with pizza options (except when it comes to finding a table on a Friday night). The hype is understandable. There’s no place where we’d rather spend a full day of eating—especially on a snowy day. Just don’t let all of the new pizzerias distract you from the classics that made—and still make—this city so great.

Pizza Ramos

$ | (418) 977-8200 | WEBSITE

Pizza Ramos

Pizza Ramos, despite its modest size, is still a wonderful spot to scarf down delicious halal pizza for dinner. Despite the crowds this place can draw on weekends, it’s pretty relaxed during the week, and many orders are for takeout. It’s a shame, because the experience of eating the tuna pizza (in all its crispy, fresh, juicy glory) is better on the spot. Even the Ramos Poutine, which travels decently, is best consumed on-site for the sake of preserving the fries’ crispness.

The Boeuf Burger and Poulet Alfredo are just as good, even though they never quite sparked the same frenzy as the pizzas.

Bottega Épicerie & Pizza New-Yorkaise

$ | (367) 777-1170 | WEBSITE

Bottega Épicerie & Pizza New-Yorkaise

Bottega Épicerie & Pizza New-Yorkaise is a great place to have a big New York slice. It’s not a very subtle spot, and the bustling counter service makes you feel like you’re about to catch a subway, not eat some very authentic pizza. The offering is a straightforward celebration of Italian tradition blended with that foldable New York style. The only hard eating rule is to be cautious of the woodgrain knife when cutting your slice.

Urbaine Pizza (2 Pour 1 Pizzas)

$ | (418) 522-9999 | WEBSITE

Urbaine Pizza (2 Pour 1 Pizzas)

Urbaine Pizza is the unassuming heart of Quebec City’s pizza scene—a cozy spot with generous toppings, crispy crusts, and a friendly Moroccan server who makes an effort with English. It’s a great place to grab a quick bite when you’re hungry or craving high-quality pizza. They also serve poutine—like what they call ‘the best in town.’ They’re overselling it just a tad, but it is a highlight, and we order ours with the classic pepperoni pizza.

Urbaine is just one of those places where you’re guaranteed to leave satisfied, with hot, tasty food in about 15 minutes.

Boston Pizza

$$ | (418) 623-3323 | WEBSITE

Boston Pizza

The list of things we love about Boston Pizza is longer than the line of cars you see in their ample parking lot. On that list is pizza so consistently delicious you won’t be mad about the occasional longer wait, an atmosphere that does for sports nights what a game-winning goal does for hockey fans, and dim lighting that makes the entire restaurant feel like one big cozy den after dark.

Their diverse menu—heavy on classics like the Italia pizza and burgers—can be a bit unpredictable with occasional changes, but get the No-Gluten Pizza if it’s on the menu, and any form of pizza is usually a safe bet.

Pizza Royale

$ | (418) 683-1544 | WEBSITE

Pizza Royale

Similar to other family-friendly spots in Quebec City, Pizza Royale is a solid choice for a casual pizza meal that won’t break the bank. There are several options to consider, but the buffet is the best value. For around $25, you get unlimited pizza, French onions, and access to the vegetarian selections. And for families, kids under five eat free. Stick to the buffet, and don’t be tempted to order à la carte, which can add up quickly with those generous Mexican toppings.

Service is efficient and friendly—it feels like a well-oiled machine keeping everyone happy.

Restaurant Normandin Hamel

$$ | (418) 877-1192 | WEBSITE

Restaurant Normandin Hamel

Maybe your days of chasing pucks are behind you. But if you still want to enjoy some classic Quebec comfort food—all while feeling like part of the local scene—grab a table at Normandin Hamel. If you’re with family, get the children’s menu. They bring out these colorful plates with raw vegetables for the kids, then follow up with delicious fries that could satisfy any young appetite. They also do one of Quebec City’s best breakfasts.

But even if you go for dinner, you’re in for a meal full of friendly service and lively atmosphere that could only exist in a bustling local spot.

Domino’s Pizza

$ | (418) 681-3363 | WEBSITE

Domino

Domino’s Pizza is a chain pizzeria that also operates as a reliable neighborhood spot. There’s no guessing here. Instead, the staff—who might be in the middle of boxing a pizza—will tell you what’s fresh and ready. It could be mango habanero wings, a classic pepperoni pie, gluten-free crust options, or a family-sized special. But it will be satisfying, and you can enjoy it in their pleasant dining area, which has a bunch of standard booths and an atmosphere that feels very kid-friendly.

If you want a soda, just grab one from the self-serve fountain. You’ll pay at the counter when you order.

Toujours Mikes

$ | (418) 948-0639 | WEBSITE

Toujours Mikes

Toujours Mikes is the affordable pizza spot in the mall, located right by the food court entrance. But the real draw is the service. Toujours Mikes offers fast and welcoming service with smiling, sociable employees who add sunshine to your day. It’s deployed in pretty much every interaction, some of which feel more genuine than others. But regular customers who eat here multiple times a week have never been let down by the quality/price ratio.

Come here for a quick, pleasant meal (ideally just by yourself), because the atmosphere is friendly. Or come for one of Quebec City’s best poutine subs, especially if you’re a value enthusiast.

Marmiton Pizza 2 pour 1

$ | (418) 948-9595 | WEBSITE

Marmiton Pizza 2 pour 1

This spot is part pizzeria, part takeout joint and specializes in very satisfying pizza cravings. Once you place your order for delivery or pickup, you can choose from their delicious pizzas, especially the special marmiton with cheese-stuffed crust, which comes in a small size perfect for 4 people. It might take around 45 minutes to an hour for delivery, so many prefer takeout, but you can always kill time waiting for that generous portion.

There aren’t many places left in Quebec City where you can eat this well with such excellent service from the friendly owner, even with just one employee present.

Restaurant Normandin Royale

$ | (418) 663-1722 | WEBSITE

Restaurant Normandin Royale

If you’re looking for a cozy breakfast or lunch in or around Quebec City, Restaurant Normandin Royale will always be there for you. But even if you’re not craving their version of eggs benedict—runny as they should be—it’s still worth coming here for the Canadian smoked meat and a coffee. You can enjoy the calmer atmosphere and quieter conversations while you consume both. Also, check out the lemon meringue pie when you’re done, which the restaurant sometimes offers.

La Boîte à Pain

$ | (418) 692-2517 | WEBSITE

La Boîte à Pain

La Boîte à Pain may not have the price point of your average bakery, but it has the soul of one. Inside there are cozy tables, counter seating, and a display case you can browse while waiting. We like this place best for breakfast or a snack. The menu has a great mix of straightforward classics—like a fresh baguette—and creative versions of classics, including a spinach and mushroom quiche with filo crust and a warm parsnip soup.

Like any great bakery, dessert (kouign-amann, specifically) is a good idea. And if you’re in a rush, their counter service is perfect for a quick coffee and a pastry.

Boîte à Pain Café Napoli

$ | (418) 977-7571 | WEBSITE

Boîte à Pain Café Napoli

Boîte à Pain Café Napoli is one of those essential Quebec City stops and a welcoming place where dogs are pampered. The café serves the best croissants and viennoiseries in town and has been offering delicious, healthy products at reasonable prices for years. It’s conveniently located on chemin Ste-Foy. There is truly nothing better on a crisp Quebec morning than one of their perfect pastries (maybe a crunchy panini too).

After you’ve secured yours, take a walk through the neighborhood and enjoy a pleasant afternoon in the city.

Pizzéria NO.900 – Limoilou

$$ | (581) 300-4043 | WEBSITE

Pizzéria NO.900 - Limoilou

You can come to this cozy pizzeria for some of Quebec City’s best pizza and not spend more than $25 on a satisfying meal. If you’re willing to spend a bit more, they have specialty pizzas under $40. We love the thin-sliced meat pizzas that come with quality ingredients and fresh toppings over perfectly crisp crust. But the vegetarian options—each with a thoughtful balance of flavors and textures—are our favorite.

Inside, there’s warm wooden furniture, a charming terrace with string lights, and a couple of tables outside. It’s a peaceful spot perfect for a casual dinner.
