I was already planning my second visit to Warehouse Bar & Grille once I tried their steak and cheese eggrolls, but I knew the place was game-day material after their signature cheeseburger with bacon arrived. And if you prefer a mouthful of tropical refreshment, Warehouse makes a superb Mother of Dragonfruit cocktail, too.

Tavern in the Square Woburn is a lively sports bar that’s become a go-to spot for celebrations, and while it does those group gatherings well enough, my favorite thing here was the impressive pub food lineup. Among the delicious options filling the menu were soft pretzels with beer cheese, crispy bang bang broccoli, and a perfectly cooked black and blue burger. I could have just eaten those with a cold beer and left happy.
The attentive servers keep things moving even when the place gets loud during games, and the cozy enclosed patio offers a nice escape from the main dining room’s vibrant energy. While some visits might see slower pacing between courses, the overall experience remains solidly enjoyable with reasonable prices that make it easy to return.

The Green’s Grille & Pub has been my go-to spot in Woburn for years, which further proved that I’d follow their steak and eggs anywhere. Their weekend brunch is my new obsession, and exactly what I want after a Saturday morning game. The steak is cooked to a perfect medium-rare and served with two sunny-side-up eggs—each bite melts with rich flavor that soaks into the crispy hash browns below. It was worth every penny of the $18 price tag.

I catch games at Parlor Sports a few times a year, but I totally forgot about their community vibe until recently. Their approach to game-watching is atmospherically brilliant, with each screen showing a different match giving way to a slightly intimate feel. It’s not as rowdy as the sports bar name implies—in fact, it’s every other element mixed in all at once, with pops of friendly staff, accommodating service, and welcoming bartenders in each visit.
Settled into a comfortable seat with friends, it’s downright refreshing.

Royal Rooters Club

It’s been a while since I last visited the Royal Rooters Club, a museum-like sports bar near Fenway Park where a meal costs around $25 and you can usually walk right in before a game. But once dishes like the Chicken Parm and Meatballs in a crock arrived, I was reminded why this place is a standout.
In this case, they serve up quality that’s a significant step up from typical stadium fare, with delicious food and drinks that are on point, all in a clean, memorabilia-filled atmosphere where the manager goes above and beyond.
Dave & Buster’s Woburn

Dave & Buster’s is known for its lively arcade and entertainment scene, but the highlight of my first visit to this Woburn location was surprisingly straightforward: a simple, satisfying steak salad with crisp greens and tender slices of beef.

The homemade pasta is authentic and delightful, and there’s a whole mountain of flavor in every bite.
The reasonable prices and welcoming atmosphere are also a plus.
